All our products, from our signature harem pants to Hmong hill tribe bags and accessories are made in Northern Thailand, specifically the beautiful Chiang Mai region.
Our products are made by local people, providing local jobs, and made with soul.
Our hill tribe items are traditionally produced by various Hmong groups in the region.
While a soft machine wash would be fine, we recommend a hand wash only for the majority of our products to ensure they bring you happiness for a long, long time.

Payment & Returns
You can pay securely using Paypal or credit / debit card. We accept all major debit and credit cards and all payments are SSL secure.
We now also accept Bitcoin.
We do not offer bank transfer or cheque payments at this time.

Sure, if for any reason you’re not happy with a product just shoot us a message to let us know, we’ll arrange a return address for you, pop it and the mail and you’re all done.
As long as the return is requested within 30 days and the item is returned in it’s original condition we are happy to fully refund your order, no questions asked.
Delivery
We send out orders same or next day, both free shipping and DHL Express to ensure they reach you as quickly as possible.
General delivery times are as follows :
Standard free shipping
Asia & UK : 7-14 days | Europe & US : 10 – 21 days | Elsewhere : 14 – 35 days
Express DHL
3 – 5 working days worldwide.
Some countries charge customs duties over a certain value, so you would need to double check your local duties/fees before ordering as the buyer is responsible for payment of any fees.
Typically customs duties will only apply to larger and express orders to EU countries – orders of one or two items generally do not have any duties applied worldwide.
